Mr. Fonseca and American Group Construction were wonderful to work with. The estimate visit was the same day as my first call, was very thorough, and included photos of all the damaged areas. I had other companies provide estimates, but felt none inspected all the damage, or discussed the scope of the work as well as Mr. Fonseca. The team showed up right on time, worked in a professional manner, stayed late when another problem was found in the tear out, and did a great job. They even triple checked the yard for any nails or debris to make sure my dogs wouldn't step on anything! After the work was completed I received photo of all the completed work, before, after, and during. I am now a loyal client!

I live in Truro, a lovely neighborhood in Annandale. I just had the 20 year roof replaced by this company. I strongly recommend Isai Fonseca, the owner of this company with everybody who need to have a new roof. He did such a good job for my house. I am very happy. He personally worked and directly supervised his coworkers. The new roof was well done. It looks so much different and much better than the old one. Furthemore, he gave me a very reasonable and fair price, comparing to other estimates.

Did a very thorough inspection to figure out cause of roof leak and fixed by the following day. Provided pictures of before and after and cost of repair was reasonable. Very friendly and polite company.

We needed a full roof replacement with replacement of underlayment, some plywood, and new flashing. We solicited five bids for the job, all from reputable firms in the local area with good ratings on Angie's List. When estimating the job, American Group's project manager, Mr. Isai Fonseca, was the only one who took the time to enter the attic to inspect the rafters and supporting structures from below. His bid was not the lowest or the highest, but was an excellent value for a high quality job. They were very responsive. Overall, an outstanding and professional job from initial contact, to full explanation of estimate, to coordination with other associate contractors, to finished product. If you are looking for great value and high quality, we highly recommend them.

When I first got a leak in my roof, I contacted the Home Advisors. They connected me with American Group Construction. I also contacted another roofer referred to me by a friend. Both estimates I received were comparable. After speaking with both companies, I felt better going with American Group. The date of the work was unsure because of the weather. They did, however, immediately put a tarp over the damaged area of my roof. On the very first day of somewhat clear weather, they came out and put on a new roof. (They did have a little drizzle during the day, but the crew continued to work.) The guys did what appears to be a great job. I would definitely recommend American Group Construction, Inc., to anyone needing a new roof in a hurry. Thanks, guys.

Mr. Isai Fonseca, the owner of American Group Construction, Inc. very quickly responded to my request for estimate, scheduled and provided me with a competitive bid. His company then quickly scheduled the recommended repairs to flashing and gutter downspouts, and sealed other suspected sources of water leakage. So far, it appears that these repairs were successful. American Group Construction provided prompt and effective repair services addressing my home's particular needs.

We recently had our roof replaced due to storm damage. We met with several roofers who all seemed to have the right answers. Not one of them walked us through the process. American Group Construction was referred to me by a co-worker so we called and had Isai come out. From the moment we met him up until the very last shingle was placed, he kept his word on every aspect. We felt completely comfortable and confident in his work and the end result did not disappoint. I highly recommend American Group Construction for your roofing, gutters, windows, etc. needs. Most professional company I have had the experience to work with, he takes great pride in his work...as due his employees.
